What California Requires
Most California employers must have trained first aid personnel available. Cal/OSHA (Title 8) and federal OSHA (29 CFR 1910.151 and 1926.50) require it whenever a clinic or hospital is not in near proximity to the workplace, which covers most job sites and facilities. On top of that, specific industries have their own mandates.
We keep your team compliant and give you a training record documenting who was certified, which card they earned, and when it expires, which is exactly what you need for an OSHA audit.
