This is the EMSA approved 8-hour Preventative Health And Safety Class, which covers essential topics for managing the health and safety of children in a childcare setting, focusing on current regulations and best practices. The course is divided into manageable sections, making it easier for participants to retain key information.

The Emergency Medical Services Authority approves this class, and each participant will receive a completion certificate upon successful completion. Preventive Health and Safety is a one-time requirement. Once you complete it, you do not repeat it. Your pediatric CPR and First Aid card is separate and does expire, typically every two years.
