My wife and I attended an 8 hour CPR/AED session taught by William. As new grandparents we wanted to learn the latest techniques. William was excellent. He has an extremely impressive knowledge base and knows how to transfer “real world” scenarios to his students. He put us all at ease and incorporated fun and humor when appropriate. I would highly recommend this to all.
